Hello everybody, Chari here!
This activity is on stand-by until further notice.At the beginning of each month, this journal will be updated with a theme. The idea here is to encourage drawing and creativity. This is purely for fun! Once you've drawn your favourite char according to the theme, you can submit it to the Monthly Theme folder.

-No "sexy" drawings please. Keep that for the Mature folder.
-No tracing or pasting. Should go without saying. This activity is to encourage creativity. Gotta make it yourself.
-All skill levels and mediums are welcome.
-Have fun!

Hey Everyone- Long Time No Journal! [Art Feature!]
I realized it's been a while since any of you heard from us!
Just wanna say, I'm proud that this old group is still going strong! I want to thank everyone who's been submitting art to the appropriate folders, and just everyone in general for continuously filling this group with some of the coolest works of the coolest fire breathing lizard there is!

I am writing this journal basically because I feel this group just isn't what it used to be. Don't know how everyone else feels/thinks about it but I remember when this group first started there was so much excitement and charizard spirit. Many varieties of deviations were being submitted every day (there still is, but no where near as much as it used to be).
To keep this group fun and exciting, we used to have regular contests and journal updates. I've noticed that the journal in this group hasn't been updated since a bit before Christmas 2011!!! (until now...) Just made me wonder what happened.

Addressing Issues - Reminder
Hello Everybody~ Chari-Artist (https://www.deviantart.com/chari-artist) here. :)
I come to speak to you today because I've been noticing a few issues in the group that need to be brought to attention, and it works this way in every group.
When you as an artist submit something to the group, it has to actually be your own work.
Submitting things such as traced drawings, stolen art and game sprites is usually frowned upon. The latter two shouldn't be uploaded to begin with, but that's a different matter all together. So please, take these words into consideration and please think twice about what you are uploading to any group, not just us. :)
